If you want the Featured tier, we'll review the domain first to make sure we can realistically move it.

We Do the Marketing

Depending on the tier, your domain gets listed in our marketplace, rotated on the homepage and socials, and (on Featured) wrapped in a clean placeholder website with active outreach.

Every domain we list is set up with a "Make an Offer" form so buyers can reach you directly.

Sale, Payout, Done

When a buyer makes an acceptable offer, we run the handover. The buyer pays through a holding account, we transfer the domain to them, and you get paid.

Our cut is a flat 5% commission, no matter the sale price.

We also accept popular global TLDs like .com, .net, .org, .io and .co on the Listed and Spotlight packages. They sit alongside the .au names in our marketplace for buyers who want something more international.

The Featured tier is a little more selective. Because we invest in a placeholder website and direct outreach for every Featured domain, we screen each one before accepting it. Strong, brandable names with clear commercial appeal are the ones we say yes to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Commission is capped at 5% of the sale price across every tier. There are no hidden fees, no success premiums, no tiered cuts based on price band. The 5% comes out of the sale proceeds at settlement and the rest is paid straight to you.

Yes. To list and market the domain properly we need to control its WHOIS, DNS and the eventual handover, so the domain has to live with our registrar partner. The good news is that Australian domain transfers are free and finish within minutes for .au, so getting set up is quick. More about transfers here.

Mostly Australian TLDs (.com.au, .au, .net.au, .org.au, .id.au, .asn.au), because that's where our audience lives. We'll also list popular global names like .com, .net, .org, .io and .co on the Listed and Spotlight tiers. The Featured tier is hand-picked, since we invest in a placeholder site and outreach for each domain.

It depends on the tier. Listed and Spotlight cover the marketing side only, so standard registrar renewal is billed separately (usually around AU$21/year for .com.au). Featured includes free renewals for every .au domain in the listing fee, so the AU$79.95/year covers both the marketing and the registrar renewal for as long as the domain is listed. Renewals for non-.au names on Featured (.com, .net and friends) are still billed separately.

You do. You can publish a firm asking price, accept offers only, or both. We're happy to share an opinion on pricing for any domain we're listing, especially on the Featured tier where we have a strong sense of what buyers are paying for similar names. Final say is always yours.

Yes. Listings are not lock-in contracts. You can pull a domain from sale at any time and transfer it back out to another registrar. Annual listing fees are not refunded for the unused portion of the year, but you keep the domain and your control over it the whole way through.
